Hi Team I have question. We ran an experiment and had a clear winner but some of our metrics have 7 day conversion window. We released the feature to 100% users within few hours of conclusion of the experiment. On day of conclusion the chance to beat control was 98% with 27% mean relative uplift. The same day the feature was released to 100% users including those who are part of the control group. We see that after release the gain is minimising We have 2 day conversion window and 7 day conversion window for same metrics. After 48 hours of the experiment conclusion - the mean relative uplift is 15.9% with probability to beat the control is 95.83% 1. Will it affect our metrics as the users from the control group are also released to the new the feature and some of them may still fall under the 7 day conversion window? 2. Can this be due to the users who are under the control group are now exposed to the new feature and are converting hence leading to the reduction in the gain that we had initially?

Hi - I would like to export the results of an experiment. When using the exporting function of the UI, I only see in the csv the data of the goal metrics, and not the guardrail metrics. Is there a way to export the data of the entire results table? Thank you

Hey guys, bit of an odd one. We’ve got GrowthBook up and running and everything seems to be working well. This experiment calls the hook in React when a component is loaded and I have my tracking callback function set up to push an experiment_impression to GA4. 1% of 2k+ people in the test have multiple exposures and I can’t figure out why. BigQuery shows that the tracking callback pushed a crazy amount of experiment impressions with different variants at the exact same time, it’s so weird. I would only expect 1 experiment impression to be called as the test uses an anonymous ID we save in cookies. Any ideas why this could be happening? It seems odd that this would be something to do with our setup considering 99% of users don’t have this issue

Hi, what is the recommended best way to set up tables in our data warehouse in order to structure metrics most efficiently? We have many experiments tracking the same metrics and we'd like to only have to define each metric once within GrowthBook. Is it ideal to have one table with one row per experiment x user x variant or should the source table have a row for each "event" (i.e. more like a clickstream table)? (cc @Jane Carlen)

How long does it take after I updated the feature flag value on the portal for it to reflect on the UI? My setup is already manually recalling the api, but I am not seeing the flag values being updated. Thanks

Encountering some bizarre behavior with
@growthbook/growthbook-react
. We’re using
nx
as our mono-repo tool, which could likely be a factor. We have a specific
feature-flags
package that houses our
FeatureFlagContextProvider
component which renders the
GrowthbookProvider
. This gets imported and rendered at the root of our
web-app
(separate “package”). If I write some code to
useFeature
in either of these packages we have no problems. We then have a separate
queries
package that houses all of our
react-query
queries for loading application data. I was attempting to use a feature in one of the queries, however, in debugging it was clear that this line in
useFeature
const { growthbook } = useContext(GrowthbookContext)
was the culprit in that
growthbook
was
undefined
. It’s interesting because if I call the function that wraps this logic side by side with
useFeature
in
web-app
, the
useFeature
in
web-app
correctly gets the feature value whereas the one in
queries
is unable to because
growthbook
is
undefined
. Anyone encounter a similar issue ever?

Hello All, I have recently integrated Growthbook to my react project and using segment with redshift for data source. I just enabled an experiment and I am getting below error on the analysis. Does any one have any guidance on how to use Segment for data analysis inside growthbook? its throwing below error.
relation "staging_react_web.experiment_viewed" does not exist
Full SQL query is added to the thread of this message. I am currently not sending any events yet to segment. Is there any naming convention I should follow for the events name?

👋 Hi, is there somewhere I can see what features are included in the self-hosted version vs Pro or Enterprise? I’m not seeing it listed on the site. Thanks for any help.
