Hi, first of all, thanks for a great service! Secondly, I was wondering if there is a way to combine features from GrowthBook with locally set features, perhaps something from an .env file. It appears as though setFeatures and loadFeatures are mutually exclusive

you could get the existing features and merge them before calling setFeatures again
