I recall previously reading that I could simply interact with the GrowthBook API in the end-user app? Could someone please point me to the right documentation page? 🙏

Yes, you basically will need to use one of our SDKs to interface with GrowthBook. This is because flag and experiment evaluation happens just in time, per user, which we perform in the SDK.
