Is this still happening if you refresh the page? It looks like you might be hitting an old version of the front-end and a new version of the back-end. If you're on GrowthBook Cloud, it was likely just a temporary error during the deploy.

Yes, it continues to happen in the cloud version, but no problems regarding that.
