My team and I are a bit unclear on how to initiate new tests. We're using GrowthBook through GTM. Do we need to make code alterations every time we launch a new test, or is there a different process for this?

Thank you for the fast reply Graham. I am responsible for setting up the actual tracking. And not so much designing the actual tests, but. Mostly we will be setting up AB tests for visual changes on the website, some conversion events etc. I will try to summarise our thoughts and get back to you!
