Editing Phases is fairly straightforward but after hitting

after editing a Phase (like editing the new Phase start date), changes made do not reflect in the config dashboard, but when returning to editing the Phase, the chosen date&time is still reflected. But, it's hard to tell which one of these is the source of truth - potential bug?
