I’d really, really love for you to finally have an option to choose either one-tailed or two-tailed test in the frequentist engine. There are tons of scenarios where it would be useful. One of them is guardrail metrics. We don’t need to run a two-tailed test on a guardrail metric since we test for inferiority and we look at the left tail. We also run most of tests as one-tailed tests for an increased power.
