Hi,can anyone help me to understand where is the user id with it is cookies being stored in remote server or on the front end and how to change it to persistant session?

GrowthBook doesn't store any cookies itself. For a user id, you would be responsible for storing the cookie yourself and passing it into the GrowthBook SDK.
