I’m encouterning a cron schedule bug with one of our experiments.. cron stopped working after the release and data wasn’t updated for 4 days. @flaky-noon-11399 Is there anything known already about this?

Hi @fresh-stone-24633 good morning 👋 I've not seen anything reported, but happy to look into this. Please can you provide the following information so we can further debug: 1. For the affected experiment, do you have incremental refresh enabled? 2. Are you seeing any errors when you go to the experiment results tab > 3-dot menu > View Queries? 3. Are you seeing new data in your data warehouse over the past 4 days for the affected experiment? It may be worth copying the experiment query SQL and running it in your warehouse to see if data for the last 4 days renders for that exact query too

1. Yes, once daily. 2. No nothing all seemed fine. 3. Yes, like I said when I manually updated all was fine..

Thank you, this is likely related to incremental refresh, if this happens again, there would be an error in the Queries, please can you capture and share this before manually refreshing? This would give us more information on why the incremental refresh failed
