You can start with an experiment rule and when it's done, delete it and add a rollout rule instead.

Hi, you can do that in one experiment rule- you don't have to set it to 100%, you can leave whatever percent you like unallocated. So for example you can do .1 and .1 for each case, and then 80% wold not be included in the experiment
