Hi GrowthBook team - for managed Growthbook (particularly Enterprise), what is the uptime commitment/SLA?
Following up on that, at what load is that SLA based off of?

Hi Cheng, There are nuances to this question. We offer 99.99% SLA as part of our enterprise plan for the platform availability and feature SDK endpoints. We encourage users not to hit us on every request, not because we can’t handle the traffic, but because we want you to not architect your systems for speed, and part of that is to limit 3rd party dependancies. We have had no down time in the last 3 months, and if you include errors (non 200 requests) we have a 99.9998% success rate
