It's a little confusing right now. The analysis tab is only for looking at experiment results. So clicking the "stop" button just sets an end date for the analysis and has no effect on the feature. We're about to change this UI to make that more clear.

The features tab controls running the experiment. So that's the only place where you can start/stop experiments, toggle environments, control rollout percentages, etc.
