Hello guys, is it possible to get tag's value in the code?

can you explain the use case?

sometimes we have a features with same description. we thought to put them under different tags. in order to understanding the feature meaning we have to know in code(react or JavaScript) the tag's name which feature associated with.

interesting, we currently have tags as organization only. is there a reason why the features have the same name but different behaviour depending on the tag?
