hi there, we're having some trouble with new users signing up. We have this setting enabled, but when someone tried to log in using their email address at the verified domain, they got this message. I'm an org admin and i don't see any pending requests or pending users. We also have more than 1 member in the org

It's possible one of your teammates accidentally created another organization using their company email address and that's what is being recommended to new users. If you DM me the organization owner email address for the main account you want people to join, I can fix it
