Hi. I'm having some trouble updating the results of an experiment (query has been running for a few days now). It appears to be my ratio metric which didnt have issues updating a couple days ago. It seems like once my sample size goes over a certain number, the ratio metric will not update. The denominator part of the ratio metric runs fine when I run it separately, but, when I include the ratio metric, the results will not update. Would appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

What datasource are you using? Is it timing out? Can you share the query with me in a DM? This could help me get you sorted.

Hi, it was just stuck on "Running" for a few days, but I fixed this by creating a table in our DWH and doing a select * in GrowthBook. I think it was having trouble with the sql logic as there were a lot of joins on big tables.

Yeah, the ratio metric queries can be pretty expensive. If there's a way to create smaller tables for those metrics to work with it may compute in a more timely fashion.
