09/15/2023, 1:29 PMHi Team! We are experiencing difficulties with setting up the tool on out website. We have implemented the SDK - and it is there in the code of the page. But when creating the experiment in the visual editor - I can't see the changes even in the VE preview, after I've applied the changes. And after the experiment has been launched (https://vn.beincrypto.com/phan-tich-gia-eth-14-9/) - it is not seen on the page and the status is "No experiments" running. Can you, please, help me?

For example, sometimes customers make changes to their dev environment but are mistakenly looking at the prod environment. I want to rule this out as the cause of the issue

And the problem was there before, when we had just 1 environment - the changes are not seen already on the preview stage in the Visual Editor (when the changes are made, but the experiment has not yet been launched and you want to see the preview).

09/19/2023, 9:22 PMHi Victoria, could you double check that the SDK Connection you're using is working correctly? An easy way to do that is to use the Chrome DevTools Extension, look for the Experiment in the DevTools, and confirm that the Dom Mutations are in the variation. (Screenshot below)

Coming back with the same questions.
1. I can't resolve the issue with the DevTools on production. However, it is working fine on Dev environment (we have 2 connections).
2. I'm launching an experiment via Visual Editor on Dev - and I don't see the changes i made already on the preview stage. I then set the experiment live - and I see no experiment running in DevTools bar.
The SDK was implemented according to your official documentation, so neither I nor the developer can understand what is wrong and why the experiments don't work. Maybe you could set me up with someone tech from your team on a brief call? We've been paying for the Premium version for 2 months for now - however we haven't been able to start using the tool.
