Is there any way to change below text programmatically using api? i am automation tester i want to change text here and see whether new changes reflecting in my website.

huh, looks like you can update it via an experiment, but not via the default values as you have

Unfortunately I don't think so. The only thing that we allow to change via the API right now is the environments that are enabled. https://docs.growthbook.io/api#tag/features. It is in our roadmap to make the API more complete.
