You can either use a Segment, a Dimension, or the simplest is to edit the experiment analysis settings and use the Custom SQL filter

Hmm, you can modify your Experiment Assignment Query in your datasource to always exclude that group, but then you have to change it back if you ever want to sometimes include that group.
