Is it possible the SQL behind your metric is incorrect?

Even when I go to the big query and check the values there - it shows the value Zero still in the big query.

Ok, that means the issue is with your SQL query. It's best you try to get the right values in BigQuery, and then use the updated SQL for your metric in GrowthBook once you've figured it out.
