I tried a hard refresh and no luck. Getting the same issue in an incognito window.
Any other info I can provide?

10/20/2023, 5:09 PMOkay, weird, after a reload–despite multiple earlier attempts–the Features view loaded.
And on another reload I got this screen, but Features appear to load after a couple of minutes
