I changed the name of the CTAs using the Visual Editor, but when I start the test, it doesn't show the new names and I can't open the visual editor again. I have to do another experiment, and the same thing happens, it doesn't save the name of the new CTA 😞 The problem is my company wants to buy, but we didn't manage to do a test. It's very complicated.

11/13/2023, 10:10 AMI did two tests, experiments. In one I added a screenshot and the variation is not appearing, and in another I changed the text of the CTAs and the change does not appear either. I'm certainly doing something wrong, but I have no idea what it is. Can you help me?

To start, let's eliminate some common causes of confusion:
1. Could you double check that the environment you're making these changes in is the same one you're expecting? For example, sometimes users make changes in their development environment but are mistakenly looking at their production environment to see the changes. *Documentation for environments*.
2. Could you tell me what permission level you have at the Global, Environment, and Project levels, where applicable? *Documentation for user permissions*.
