Hello, Is it possible to create an ordinary "metric" in growthbook without a conversion window (would a conversion window of 0 do the trick)? I realize I can ignore the conversion windows at the experiment level, but I'd like to have them apply to some metrics and not to others within an experiment.

You should be able to select a Conversion Window of "None" based on the documentation here: https://docs.growthbook.io/using/experimenting#metric-windows You'll make the selection of "None" on the last screen of the "Add a Metric" modal (see screenshot below).
