Does anyone have an anti-flicker snippet they've found works for the visual editor? Thank you!

Why use an anti-flicker snippet? You really want to slow down the entire pageload? I'd recommend using anti-flicker very sparingly and targeting specific elements with it rather than the whole DOM like some tools recommend.
