Hello, want to know if I understand phase correctly - If I start a new phase, can users in phase 1 still be included in the metrics of phase 2? Or they will experience the UI change we implement in phase 2, but their metrics performance can only be seen on the phase 1 dashboard?

Meaning they won't stay in the bucket in phase 1? They will be rebucketed?
