According github, latest sdk version for C# is 1.0 (<https://github.com/growthbook/growthbook-c-sharp/releases>) and in GB panel is only 0.2

According GIT Version 1.0 has fully implemented version 0.5.2 of the GrowthBook SDK spec

that looks like we haven't updated the specs for the version compatibility

So, is v2 of hashing implemented in current C# SDK available on github (1.0.5)?
