Hello - I'm on a Pro Trial account. I invited a new user to the team and she received the invite but when she joined it asked her for an organization. She went ahead and typed in the Org name but it treated it like a new Org and she does not have access to our account.

Hi John 👋 Are you able to remove the user and reinvite them? Do you encounter the same issue?

Can you DM us the name of the org? We can take a look. This can happen if they signed up with an email that doesn't match the invite email
