Hi team! What does the "watch" functionality do on a feature flag? I've tried. watching a flag and then change it myself and have someone else change it by toggling it off in an environment, but nothing appears to happen. Email is enabled and working in our instance. We are just on a starter self-hosted instance.

Currently, not much. It just allows you to set an indicator (toggle the eye on/off). On the experiment side of things, it allows you to filter.
