I have a question regarding SRM error in experiment.
We started the experiment on user_pseudo_id on app and web mobile platforms and got SRM error and 13.52% multiple exposure users. We also checked if the trackingCallback is configured incorrectly, there was no activation metric, checked the hash attribute and didn't make any changes to the experiment targeting after it was launched.
Previously we had a similar experiment with Assignment Attributes on user_id and there were no problems with SRM and multiple exposures users were only 1%.
Sticky bucketing is only set up on user_id.
Can you help us find the reason for the SRM error?
