Yes, it does. I'm not the best person to help you debug the issue, but we've run our own visual editor experiments that also work on mobile browsers.

You'd basically put Chrome into a mobile view and do the editing from there. Upon launching, the visual experiment should load fine on a mobile browser. What issues are you running into?
