Ahh just seen you message above that you're using Heap. The messages pulled into our ticketing system as 2 different tickets.

I will now escalate this to the team to further investigate and get back to you as soon as I have an update. As a business-critical workaround, you should be able to undertake a manual setup of the data source. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
