Hi all, we are trying to implement growthbook on our platform with a small experiment. We have observed that while passing events in Google Analytics the sessions have doubled and also the experiment viewed event is observed twice in the GA. Not sure what could be the reason, could anyone guide if there’s anything wrong we are doing or missing any steps. Thanks

I have the same issue, did you find the solution ? I am also importing Growthbook using HTML Tag Script. I can see

experiment_viewed

triggered twice in Tag Assistant as well in GA4

Yes using dataLayer for events. Getting single event now.

Thanks Chandra for your answer. What do you mean by using dataLayer for events ? Growthbook is automatically pushing in the dataLayer nope ?
