Hi Matjaž. Sorry, we weren't able to respond sooner. Pro/Enterprise users can contact support directly through the app or email (support@growthbook.io). That's the best avenue for support. This is a community forum, and while we try to answer all questions, we can't always The most common cause of SRM with redirect experiments is that the redirect occurs before the tracking callback can fire, which is why you see fewer users in the v3 variant. How are you doing the redirect? (Either share here or for a quicker response with support)

Hey @strong-mouse-55694 thanks for the reply, the person that originally posted is away, but he will be back in a day or two and he can provide more information, but this is the same conclusion we have come to. We also use an old JS version of GB and I see the newest one has async functionality so that might solve it. Any way, I'll point Jan (who originally asked) here with more info and questions. Thanks!
