for context, this flag is the old flag that hanging around for while without any changes. I'm trying to clean up the unused flags and got this problem.

we added version control to feature flags
that error is because we can't find an active version - but it shouldn't happen
I can open an issue and try to fix it
it might be faster to make a new flag
