Hey all! Have a question about setting up metrics and I'm not sure if I'm going about this the right way. We're using tag manager and GA4 to set up the metrics we want to track. In our experiment, we want to track clicks on certain call to actions on our website. I'm new to using growthbook and bigquery, and want to ensure this is being set up correctly. I've set up an event with event parameters that pass the click id of the element being clicked on. In the query builder for this event, should I be using event_params and input the value of the click id?

Hi Shaun. You'll want to make sure the event names are making it through GTM into GA4. Once you have confirmed that, the query should be pretty straight forward. You can test any query in your BigQuery console to make sure it works (or use the test query button)
