My gut feeling tells me our users' LTV should be increasing, but a few days ago, I compared the June 2024 cohort with the December 2024 cohort and calculated D28 RLTV (proceeds within the first 28 days). Surprisingly, there was almost no difference.
This has left our team confused—we see continuous growth month over month, but it seems like this growth is purely driven by acquisition rather than improvements in activation and engagement.
