Hi Aleksei - we're in the process of changing some of this around. the API requests are the network requests to get the feature payload. I'm not sure how that works with the flutter SDK - but this can be cached

bandwidth will have a sensible limit soon - we recently added a usage page to the settings where you can monitor your requests and bandwidth
