Is that possible when it's a proportion metric? I'm attaching the screenshot of the menu, I'm not sure how to achieve it

The inline filtering only supports the `IN` clause.  However, you can add a saved filter on the fact table that lets you add arbitrary SQL and then use that for metrics.
