Hi all, has anybody else running experiments noticed a huge spike in requests of their Data Sources since the release of 4.1? We have connected GrowthBook with Athena and everything was running fine until the new release upon which requests from the GrowthBook user spiked 10x-100x normal rates, which has lead to a significant increase in billing.

Hi Ian, This is unexpected and we have not seen similar reports for Athena or any other Data Source types/providers. Were you running version 4.0 previously or an older version? And are you able to see in Athena which queries are being executed more often? From your original message my understanding is that the queries scan the same amount of data, but we are executing them more frequently.

Hi Adriel, thanks for getting back to me. We’re on Growthbook Cloud. Upon investigation, it looks like query volume remains constant, so I’m trying to see why the number of Get Requests have spiked though.
