Hey GrowthBook Team, Whenever I tried to invite a user to access my org Growthbook account, it always throw this error. Is there any way to fix this?

Which plan are you on? Are you self hosted or cloud?

What's your URL? Are you paying for a sub?

That looks like self hosted. If you go to Settings and look for the license field, do you see anything there?
