Hello guys. I am Sinan. I need some help with using the Visual Editor in GrowthBook. I integrated GrowthBook through Google Tag Manager (GTM), but I’m getting a warning message and I’m unable to use the Visual Editor. The documentation says that I should verify the “Tracking via DataLayer and GTM” step in order for the Visual Editor to work, but even after checking that, the issue still persists. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I created the SDK as html. And I used it that script as GTM tag

Gotcha. So the Visual Editor is only available on Pro plans and up. I think it's showing the wrong error message.

hmm. But I also added react language sdk and I am able to use visual editor if I integrate GrowthBook into my code base. I checked it with my localhost url and it was working well

Hmm. In your SDK connection, make sure that Visual Editor is enabled, too:

I think it allows you to test it out. But you can't start the experiment until upgrading. With the other sdk, it should still be enabled. I'd maybe try recreating the SDK or share a screenshot of it. You could also see if there are any errors in your console.

Is your SDK connection associated with a different project?

Could you give details about it? I guess not but I am not sure about it

On your sdk connection page, you configure environments and projects. If these don't line up with the experiment you're trying to create, then you could run into issues like you're seeing.
