Is it possible to manually add a new experiment phase, e.g. changing the start date of the experiment? Context: We released some other changes during the experiment that we suspect that might have affected the results, so we'd like to reset the start date.

Yes, on the experiment results you can click the pencil icon next to "100% traffic, 50/50 split" and set a new start date
