on the experiment results tab, it would be great if you could hover over the metric and see its description

Hi Stefan, good morning. We used to have this as per this PR, but now we've made it that you can either open the metric in a new tab by clicking on the link, or you can click on the metric row and it will open a model that has: • The metric definition • Metric timeseries • Metric debugging tab • Metric overview • Metrics Slices

honestly i'd prefer a mouseover. i'm not trying to dive in, i'm trying to understand what i'm glancing at before moving on
