I have a problem with payment, tried with 2 different credit cards and always have an error, submitted a ticket 8 hours ago but still no answer

Looks like this payment error is coming from your card issuer rather than on GrowthBook. Have you had a chance to contact them?

we already tried 2 credit cards and we are using them for all kinds of subscriptions also in the US so no i have not yet tried to contact them

after i change something or even nothing it says the error i showed you prior

either way i put in the tax id it always comes up with an error. I think this then has impact on us trying to buy the subscription

`de_stn` is related to the tax ID field, it looks like the number entered doesn't match the format expected for a German Steuernummer (tax number).

Did you have the option to enter the VAT number? If so could you let me know what number you were entering?  (starts with "DE" + 9 digits)
