Good Morning! I want to know about cloud plan limits. Except for the size of the team, are there any other limitations? Is there a service availability guarantee?

There are no hard limits. If you are loading features directly from our CDN and doing a large number of requests (>10M / month) let us know so we can plan accordingly. Most companies prefer to set up their own caching infrastructure when they get to that size anyway. We don't have a standard SLA, but happy to talk about one as part of an Enterprise contract.
