I noticed that when creating a feature, the rules you add are only applied to the environments that start "on". Would it be possible to apply the rule to all environments even though they are off?

I think so
let me see if there is a comment as to why that is

After they are created yes, but I am wondering about the moment of creation.

right
There is no comment, so I'm not sure why it's there.
you expected it to show up for all environments?

it is just more work after, like usually we start with only dev env on but then you need to manually go and add it to the other envs
You mean opening an issue in github?

We do have a way to quickly copy rules between environments

Hmm, this is very good to know but I would say my argument is still valid about the moment we create the feature
Thanks for The information anyway 🙂
