Sometimes i see this type of error, and when click re-check always is fine. How can I find what is the problem and what should I look for in the logs? All in docker, behind caddy server

I believe that happens when there's an error while the GrowthBook app tries to send the latest feature definitions to the proxy. When you click recheck, I think we do a more superficial connection check. So it's possible the proxy is running and responding to requests, but not actually processing them correctly. Should be able to see more info in the GrowthBook app logs
