Hey there! I'm taking baby steps with GrowthBook, so please bear with me! I have standalone deployed GrowthBook (Build:
ce30d6d 2023-10-18
) and am trying to put things together in the analysis of the experiment results. In short, I created an experiment and set analysis settings using Custom Data Sources and Metrics. And if I manually run the resulting SQL query (initially, by clicking
View Queries
and copy-pasting it in the drop-down menu), I get data in my Data Warehouse. However, within the GrowthBook Experiment Results tab, I see no data, only the following message:
No data yet. Make sure your experiment is tracking properly
. What am I missing? Thank you in advance!

Hi again Daniel ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป your request is in our queue and weโ€™ll get back to you soon!

If manually run the resulting SQL query in the Database, I get the following:
variation | 0
dimension | All
users | 2
statistic_type | mean
main_metric_type | count
main_sum | 1
main_sum_squares | 1.00

Hi Daniel, let's ensure that the query you ran manually on the database produces the same data when run from the GrowthBook UI. Could you please send me a screenshot of the "View Queries" modal window so I can see the table of the rows being returned?

Hey @brief-honey-45610. Sorry for disturbing you. My colleagues and I found the issue โ€” the connection URL for
Custom Data Source
was misconfigured. Now, all works well. ๐ŸŽ‰

Hello Danielle, thatโ€™s great news! Iโ€™m glad you were able to resolve the issue.

So, please close this request as resolved. ๐Ÿ™
