Is there a way to have the trackingCallback trigger when previewing a visual experiment? I’d like to test that’s working correctly

Hi David, when you refer to previewing a visual experiment, do you mean that you want to see for yourself what it looks like before turning on the experiment for your users?
Did you create the experiment using the Visual Editor or in the GrowthBook dashboard?

Created via the visual editor - I’m able to preview how it looks, but the trackingCallback function doesn’t seem to run

Hi David, this is still on my radar. I'm getting caught up from the holiday weekend in the US and will reply as soon as I can.

Hi David, the trackingCallback isn't fired by design since we 'short-circuit' the SDK's experiment rendering flow for previews. I'm not sure there's a way to do this currently, other than to run the experiment and see it happen live.
