I uploaded a screenshot on 'About this test' but I can't see it. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Is this our cloud?

Is there anything in the dev console? What is the status code of the failed network requests? If this is not on our cloud, perhaps you are using a bucket that got locked down to the outside public?
