Hi Laszlo, thanks for your patience over the holidays. Could you send me a screenshot of the configuration you have for the SDK connection? Is the SDK connection configured for the same environment that the Visual Editor is acting within?

Are the changes being made in the Visual Editor happening in the production environment and the CRO project, in accordance with the settings for the SDK connection? 2. What user permissions level does the person who is having this issue have?

Thanks for the tips! It was indeed related to the correct project “CRO” not being selected. Such a small issue that caused big problems 😅 (if I could provide any feedback, it was unclear that a project must be selected when creating an experiment, since this wasn’t prompted during the experiment creation UI).
